This is a beautifully decorated Basement unit in Capital hill Area, right off the ever Vibrant H street Corridor .
This spacious unit is very cozy and has everything needed for a short stay in this vibrant and historic part of the city.
1. NO PARTIES- only registered guests are permitted inside the property. Parties and loud noises are strictly prohibited.
2. NO SMOKING- in and around the property. This includes the use cigarettes, marijuana, and/or vaping. If you wish to smoke we ask to it outside.
3. NO loud music permitted on property.
4. Please keep in mind quiet hours.
5. Please turn off all lights and heating/AC when not in the property and when checking out.
SURVEILLANCE
The property may be monitored by EXTERIOR security camera. This is used for the security of you, your guests and others around. Please refrain from illegal activities on the premises.
PARKING
I’ll provide a Guest parking permit for your car. In order to do so, I would require the car make, color, State and license plate. This way, you could print it out would be able to park anywhere marked Zone 6
MAIN HOUSE
Please note that this is a basement unit with its own private entrance. The main house is a separate B&B So you might have other guests staying on the main floor during your stay. So if you’re sensitive to noise, this might not be suitable for you.
