Very good orientation with morning sun. Located on the third floor with elevator. It has 1 bedroom with double bed with sea views, renovated bathroom, fully furnished kitchen open to the living room, large living room with wonderful sea views access to the terrace from which you will enjoy direct sea views. It has elevator, terrace, iron, heating heat pump, air conditioning throughout the apartment, communal pool, 1 TV. In the vitroceramic open plan kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, freezer, washing machine, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle are provided.

Summary: Everything really. Balconies were very dusty, but not a problem once the chairs were all wiped down (white clothes ended up with orange bottoms!) DVD players and extra pillows would be nice (only 2 provided)
