Summary: Upon check in the house looked taken care of but long behold in the master bed is held up by concrete blocks and feels broke. The master bathroom shower curtain ended up be curtains and were super long. Also no washrags in the house in the kitchen or the bathroom. The dirt underneath the master bed well words can describe how bad it was. The same goes for the food and trash under the couch cushions. I had my 1 year old son with me so I rolled the living room rug and placed it to the side so he could move around with his walker needless to say the amount of dirt on the floor was unacceptable. When you have an investment property maintain it properly. Lastly the hot water wouldn’t work from time to time.
