Negative: the presentation of the rules and they weren't true. the extra service fees I wasn't told about until check in. the bugs in kitchen at night, appears to be baby roaches. we informed front desk because no one was in the condo office. they said they couldn't do anything. also the howling of the wind in back ocean side was very loud and couldn't stop it unless you opened the door. it was hot and humid.
