Positive: The location is why I picked this rental. It had a big balcony. The chairs were in good and comfortable. The outside bar with the one & two man bands and then the one night there was karaoke was fun to sit and watch. It’s also in walking distance to shops & restaurants. It also has a nice beach access. The skating rink inside is really neat and they had shows every night for people to watch. .
Negative: My biggest complaint is the condo is not updated for what you pay. The one bedroom door had a big hole in it, there was just a sign with tape out over it that says under construction. One of the kitchen cabinet doors had fallen off and was placed next to the one side of the fridge. The cabinets are really old probably and need to be replaced. In the master bedroom there was a small hole in the wall. The ceiling light in the middle bedroom with the bunk bed either didn’t work or needed new light bulbs. There were old dirty pillows in the master bedroom closet. The garbage can in the bathroom was metal and all rusty and old. For the money that people are paying over the whole summer items like this should be replaced and new should be bought. It needs a good deep clean & some good TLC.
