Positive: Friendly host, always quick to answer, spotless, big apartment. Plenty of street parking, bus stop right by the entrance, quiet (except of an odd, typically Spanish, loud conversation out on the street). It's close to the centre and the beach but it's almost 100m above them - depending on your physical condition it might either be a good exercise or a struggle.
Negative: The mattress in the master bedroom wasn't that comfortable - I'm a side sleeper and could feel each individual spring. The kitchen would benefit from a sharper knife :)
