This amazing desert and mountain view tiny home is truly special! You have the entire place to yourself. Complete with separate dining area, kitchen, bedroom, sleeping loft, large California room, 1.5 bathrooms, washer and dryer, spacious covered deck and one of the largest fenced backyards with area to play or relax and enjoy the views at Sky Valley Resort. The sunsets you will enjoy from this tiny home are magical! Not to mention all the resort amenities!
Sky Valley Resort is a quiet & serene community of vacationers and permanent residents. If you are looking for a quiet relaxing community with amazing mineral pools, wonderful pickleball courts or to be near your next outdoor adventure you have found the right place. If you're looking for a loud party place we are not that spot. Come, relax in our large backyard or in the resorts mineral hot tubs.; it's truly a place for activity and relaxation.
HOUSE:
You have the entire place to yourself. The home has a bright and airy living space with large windows to enjoy views of the desert and San Jacinto Mountains. Enjoy watching your favorite shows on the cable/TV. The separate large dining area has wonderful views of the mountains and backyard garden. The kitchen is stocked with most items you might need to cook including rice cooker, air fryer, toaster oven, coffee pot and your basic sundries. The original built-in sound system plays the radio both/either the bedroom and dining room.
The primary bedroom has a comfy queen sized bed, its own TV and plenty of storage. The second bedroom is upstairs in the loft with a queen bed or play space for kids. This home also has a lovely large California room with a big TV and sofa with views of the deck, backyard, desert and mountains. The covered back deck is very private, protected from the wind, with fun deck lights. The large backyard offers various seating areas perfect for a drink and nibble overlooking the desert and mountains.
There's one full (tiny house) bathroom and another 1/2 bath in the laundry room.

EXTRAS
In addition to the basics (bath towels, pool towels, bedding for queen beds), this home comes with indoor and outdoor games; cornhole, croquet, tennis and pickleball equipment, pool towels and pool floaties for you to enjoy!

PARKING:
Driveway parks one car. The resort is walkable; about a ten minute walk from one side to the other.
RESORT:
Sky Valley Resort is the desert's best kept secret. Tiny houses (park models), midcentury style manufactured homes and RV's are wrapped around the lakes and trails or with views of the mountains.. There are 13 natural mineral pools in addition to hiking trails, tennis, pickle ball and basketball courts. You can enjoy the bakery and café for a quick sandwich to-go or a delicious homemade pastry. There is even a farmer's market every Wednesday! (Weather permitting.)
LOCATION:
Away from it all...but not too far away... 30 minutes from Palm Springs, 1 hour from Joshua Tree, 20ish minutes to Costco and 15 minutes from Coachella Valley Nature Preserve or a corner market in Desert Hot Springs. You will feel the peace of being away from the world in the desert but can easily make day trips or go shopping.
