Positive: A lovely apartment, well presented, with spacious bedrooms, located close to the old town centre. Communication with owner was excellent.

Negative: It is a few minutes walk to the old centre up a steep hill. This is a hill town after all and it wasn't a problem, but if you have mobility issues, you might need to consider this.
