Enjoy ocean views from all the main living areas. Large spacious rooms, and soaring ceilings are sure to impress. The front patio looks out to the beautiful Sea of Cortez, and the back patio boasts mountain, and desert views, beautiful sunsets are guaranteed! LOOK NO FURTHER, THIS IS THE BEST!!!!!!!!!ONLY HOUSE IN SOUTH CAMPOS WITH FULL AIR CONDITIONING! Not a $100.00 wall unit that will not get anything cold like others advertise, we have a $10,000.00 system with full A/C throughout! Guest purchase diesel fuel to operate generator to run ac. Pay what you need to use. Ceilings fans throughout but ac is run by using generator that requires purchasing diesel fuel in San FELIPE. This new fully furnished traditional Spanish hacienda style home has charming decor,rustic custom furniture. The dining table seats 12! There is a large bar, that seats 4. Enjoy central air and heat throughout. There is Sirius satellite radio,an I pod station. A telescope to look at the stars, a full size Golden Tee video arcade game, are just a few of the treasures inside. Outside you will find endless activities. Long walks on the beach, collecting shells and sand dollars, clamming, or just sunbathing. The water provides some of the best baja fishing, onshore and by boat. Jet skis and boats can be launched right in front of the house. The desert awaits with off road entertainment. You can rent Quads and motorcycles in San Felipe or bring your own. Access to the entire home, on over 1 acre of Oceanfront white soft sand. Enjoy the wrap around porch with hammocks and BBQ area and comfortable couches with a fire pit table. Also direct beach access for off road toys and Quads etc. Covered parking on a carport for up to 3 vehicles. Safe and secure private home off grid but with all the amenities. Owner is just an email or phone call away to assist with issues. Just slightly outside of town, this is a perfect quiet place to relax and enjoy privacy and have the beautiful beaches all to yourself. Safe and secure this is a great way to get away from the hustle and noise in the heart of downtown San Felipe. Close, yet away from it all truly a way to reconnect to nature, and family. Soft waves crashing and beautiful sunrises make each day seem perfect. Enjoy sunsets nightly on the desert side facing the mountains, great way to end a wonderful day on the beach. Only 20 minutes south form the town of San Felipe. I km away from 2 small local stores for basic supplies. Located at km 36.5 on the Porticitos highway. There is an alarm code and lock box code make sure to ask for them after the reservation is made.

Summary: We loved our stay! It worked well for the parents in the bedrooms and most of the kids sleeping on the porch in sleeping bags on the provided beds (late March). The beach is directly off the porch, just walk right down. And I'll try to clear up the confusion left by other reviewers regarding rocks and sand at the beach. At low tide, there is primarily a rocky shore in which you will find an abundance of sea life which entertained the kids for many hours. Beyond the rocks there seemed to be mostly sandy botttom which allowed for play in the water. At high tide, the rocks are all covered with water. Playing in surf at high tide required awareness of the rocks just past the surf. Paddle boarding at any tide was enjoyable with the awareness of the rocks below at high tide. The house is just as you see in the pictures- nice couches intersting architecture, working kitchen- with the typical restraints of an off-grid house in Baja. We found there to be sufficiant electricty and water supply (utilty and drinking). Wifi worked for our phone access, and there was a washing machine for midweek laundry. If you are looking for a spacious beach house with a big porch right on the sand, this is it. 5 star baja rating. If you want 5 star Miami beach, you can find that (and pay much more for it) elswhere. This was just right for 4 adults and 6 kids that came to play in the sand for 5 days.
