The house is located on Via Faloria, in a beautiful and large wooden Villa, a few steps from the famous Corso Italia, a pedestrian and main street of the town with its numerous venues, restaurants, shops and boutiques. The main tourist and sports attractions of the town are easily reachable in a few minutes by car, including the Golf course, the Apollonio Tennis courts and the ski areas, among which the closest is that of Monte Faloria.
The apartment consists of a bright living area with a comfortable sofa, LCD TV and dining room with wooden table and chairs. From the living room, it is possible to access the panoramic balcony. Summary: The property was dated and needs to be updated in all aspects.... and start with the kitchen and all kithenware! Location was good for our needs which is why we chose it. Communcation was good as well.
