Casa Gaby is a one of a kind building in south beach. Actually, it one of only eight buildings in the Flamingo park district of south beach that are legal for short term rentals. This Art Deco building has 5 units and parking is available at an additional charge.

Unit A is one of two 4 bedroom units located in Casa Gaby’s front building. This 1st floor apartment is 1,500 square feet with four bedrooms and two bathrooms. It sleeps ten people and is one of our largest South Beach vacation rentals and is a grand condo next to beach with a garden/courtyard view.
Unit A is spacious, with trendy furnishings, including two convertible-sofas, coordinating coffee table, and wall-mounted, flat screen TV in the living room. There is a separate dining room with a contemporary dining table that seats eight. The custom kitchen has granite counter tops, new wood cabinetry, and stainless steel appliances.
The master bedroom has a modern, loft-style bed with a queen-size mattress, dresser, night tables and a wall-mounted flat screen TV. The European-style master bathroom has designer tile and custom fixtures, including a shower with rainfall shower heads. The second and third guest bedrooms have queen-size beds, dressers, night tables, and flat screen TV’s. The second bathroom has custom fixtures, including a bath tub and separate shower with rainfall shower heads. The fourth guest bedroom has two twin-size beds and is perfect for small children or teens.
Security Deposit:
There will be a required $250 Damage Deposit taken at check in. It is returned at check out as long as there are no damages to the property.
