A section of Sian Ka'an Reserve, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Casa Houston is a progressive wind and solar alternate energy property offering an Eco friendly life in one of the most secluded feeling places in the world and preserving the natural paradise. The stylish, charming, stunning and romantic two story Villa is nestled in chit palms and sea grape trees. The house has 100 meters (300 feet) of beautiful and secluded beach front. Main Floor has an open floor concept with living room, dining room for six and fully equipped Kitchen. Enjoy the ocean view, TV; Satellite, I Pod Deck and Wifi from every bedroom and living room. Upstairs there are three bedrooms each with queen size bed, and balcony to spotlight the amazing turquoise Caribbean vista. Guest house with 1 bedroom and living area with roof top terrace faces both ocean front and Sian Ka’an Lagoon ideal to watch the breathtaking Sunset or just enjoy the stars at night. . Portable crib is available upon request. House has just been renovated in July 2018.. Enjoying waking up and seeing the gorgeous Sunrise. Relaxing in Casa Houston is made easy with several lounge chairs located beach side, reading your favorite book under a Pergola, taking a siesta under a shaded lounge area or cooking in the BBQ gas grill.
Onsite you will be greeted by Laura and Juan, resident caretaker and housekeeper 6 days per week. They will allow you plenty of privacy. The house and grounds are cleaned daily and discreetly protected at night. Cooking Services are available, ask Laura to prepare an authentic Mayan Dinner.
Enjoy watching the Sea Turtles nests hatching at your doorstep. Take a full moon swim on the private beach or a walk on the powder white sandy beach. The warm, Caribbean bay waters are excellent for swimming, snorkeling or boogie boarding. Discover the spectacular diversity of Flora and Fauna in Sian Ka’an by taking Tours in the Canal, Kayaking in the lagoon, Fly Fishing, and Sunset Bird watching. Swim in the Cenotes, underwater swimming holes). Nearby are many restaurants, spas with yoga classes, or enjoy massages in your terrace.
