With capacity for eight people, the house is divided into two independent living areas that communicate with each other via an exterior staircase, which makes it the perfect holiday home for families or groups of friends travelling together but seeking their own personal spaces to retreat and relax.
Each living area has two lounges, each equipped with a smart TV and comfortable seating, two kitchens, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Would you like a game of billiards? 1) Age Policy: Groups under 25 are not allowed (except families or young guests accompanied by adults staying in the property). Non-compliant bookings may be refused check-in without refund.
2) Winter Long Stays (1 Nov – 31 Mar): Stays of 31+ nights receive a special discount but utilities (electricity, water, gas) and weekly linen changes are not included. A €500 utilities prepayment is required; extra usage will be charged and unused amounts refunded.
3) Stays over 10 days: Spanish law requires signing a Non-Habitual / Temporary Housing Rental Contract
