This exceptional holiday home has 5 bedrooms all on one level with three ultra-
modern bathrooms (one en-suite). Each bedroom feature contemporary décor, with
its floor to ceiling sliding windows has its own access to the terrace. Slide open your
glazed doors for early morning sunshine or star gazing before bed. The large well -
equipped kitchen, with a Smeg induction hob oven, leads out to its own terrace with
a gas BBQ and to the garden, as well as connecting to the open-plan bright living
room with an internal winter garden and access to the main terrace and pool. The
property benefits from a laundry room with a washing machine and drier.
The outside living space boast an exceptionally large, 20 meters long heated
swimming pool surrounded by a sun-drenched terrace with comfortable loungers and
furniture. It’s a perfect place to unwind, relax and delight in al fresco dining. As the
sun sets behind the dramatic Montgo mountain, the entire area can be lit to your
taste as you enjoy the magic of the Mediterranean nights! 5000 m2 garden is always
green and feature 500 year old olive trees. It is magnificently lighted in the night with
energy efficient led spot lights.
The property is very secure having a remote-controlled electric entrance gate and
parking space for up to 2 cars. There is plenty of additional parking space on the
road outside the villa.
The villa is newly build, equipped and furnished to a very high and luxurious
standard. There is Wi-Fi throughout and a large smart TV 4K laser projector
connected to Apple TV providing access to YouTube, NETFLIX, AMAZON Prime,
Google etc. There is also a top quality Stereo system with Spotify, AirPlay and
Bluetoth (Yamaha). A burglar alarm system and central air conditioning are installed.
A child’s high chair and cot are available; all linen, including pool towels, is provided;
a complementary welcome pack is included; and a baby sitting and translation
service is offered.
