"Casa Sonadora"-( "The Home of the Female Dreamer") has lovely interior decor, and stunning Japanese style garden w/ bubbling water fountain from Mongolia!
It is only a 7 minute drive to Santa Fe Opera,
15 minute walk to downtown Plaza,
2 minute walk to Casa Solana Shopping Center with coffee shop, restaurants, groceries, liquor stores and etc.
8 minute walk to De Vargas Mall (that has everything!)
The home has five new appliances plus brand new, energy efficient, Bosch heat pump system for a very comfortable cooling and heating environment.
There is a full covered portal (with wind down 'Coolaroo' sunshades for late afternoon) across the rear with daybed and seating from which to enjoy the mature landscaped garden and ample birdlife at the fountain. BBQ grill in on sundeck between portal and Master Bedroom garden door.
The covered deck at the entrance of the casita is a wonderful spot from which to enjoy a home and garden that was developed with love, and enjoy the magic of Santa Fe and New Mexico!

Summary: We had a wonderful stay in Santa Fe.We fall in love with this area and with this house.The house is not only beautiful and comfortable but is spacious and contain every amenity one have at home and more. The back yard is beautiful and provides a tranquil,peaceful environment to relax,dine and even to take a nap.The location is fantastic and it gives access to so many attractions,not only in the santa Fe area but also to others places like Taos and Los Alamos.This house were our home for ten days and I will love to go back to the same place.The owner ...Steve made our stay a memorable one. He made sure we were comfortable and happy with our stay....thank you Steve.!!!
