This splendid house has a wonderful view of the sea, located in Marciano, less than 3 km from Massa Lubrense and less than twenty minutes by car from the famous town of Sorrento.
It is suitable for 8 people in 4 bedrooms, it has its own private swimming pool and private terrace and boasts a garden and a parking area for guests’ cars.
The upper floor of the building is occasionally used by the owner. He has a private entrance, and he will not use your spaces and will respect your privacy.
We recommend to rent a car to explore the nearby towns, the nearest bus stop from the house is at 1 km.
THE LOUNGE contains a table and chairs for eight people, a sofa, a television, and is fitted with air conditioning and heating. Here you will also find the kitchen area. The centre of Marciano is less than 1 km away, where you’ll find a tobacco shop, a minimarket, and the bus stop for Sorrento. The closest beach is the famous Captain Cook bay, around 2 km away, where you’ll also find fantastic restaurants where you can sample the best local dishes.
