Outdoors and Swimming Pool
The farmhouse is surrounded by paved and shaded areas, divided in terraces with various furnished relaxing areas. The panoramic, fenced garden, full of grass, bushes, olive trees, plants and flowers, is home to the panoramic swimming pool, 16 metres by 6 with a depth of 1.6 m. The pool is surrounded by a bathing area with sunbeds, two furnished gazebos, a chair and a stonework barbecue. Guests can also use a large panoramic loggia, furnished for outdoor meals and partly covered, complete with a table and chairs. On the first floor of the farmhouse there is also a second, spacious panoramic loggia with armchairs, etc. There is also an outdoor Jacuzzi for four persons (to be paid for at the property). The farmhouse is on two floors, plus an outbuilding. The day area has various small steps and boasts stone arches between the different rooms, which feature traditional Tuscan elements like wood beams on the ceilings and cotto tile flooring.
On the ground floor guests will find the dining room with outdoor access, a spacious, well-equipped kitchen, one double bedroom with hydromassage tub in the bedroom, a bathroom with shower and outdoor access. The ground floor also features a separate apartment with outdoor access, with a living room with TV, two double bedrooms and one bathroom with shower.
The outdoor staircase leads to the first floor with a large living room with sofas, TV, a fireplace and access to the outdoor furnished loggia, one double bedroom with hydromassage bathtub in the bedroom, three double bedrooms, two double bedrooms each with bathroom with shower, and two bathrooms with shower.
The outbuilding has a living room on the ground floor with a TV, a cooking area and dining area, one double bedroom, and one bathroom with shower. All the bedrooms have air conditioning.
