First floor: living room with sofa, double bedroom with private bathroom with shower, bedroom with two single beds and bunk bed, bathroom with tub and shower, double bedroom. Access to the first floor is guaranteed by the beautiful external staircase with a typical panoramic loggia and a comfortable wooden internal staircase.
Casale Vinaglia, recently renovated and furnished with care by the owners who have chosen for their home furnishings of excellent quality, elegant and comfortable, overlooking the fascinating panorama of the Valle di Chio and is certainly the ideal destination for those who want to spend a holiday quiet and restful.
Around the house, surrounded by woods and olive groves, a large green area equipped with a gazebo, ping-pong table and barbecue and fully fenced where, in a dominant position with respect to the house, a beautiful swimming pool was built. Upon request the owner can prepare typical Tuscan lunches and dinners.
