In the resort town of Puerto Peñasco (Rocky Point), in a gated community with 24 hour security, this Warm and Charming brand new Casita is a great place to relax. Minutes from the beach, it's central location allows it to be close to restaurants and Malecon, where you can do some exploring and find a local shop. It is across the street from Sam's Club, and near a new movie theater. This family oriented Casita also consist of a community pool with a BBQ and a basketball court.

The Casita is a two bedroom One bath, with a full kitchen including oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and blender as well as pots and pans and dishes and utensils.
The master bedroom (The Sunsent Room) features a Queen size bed with a luxurious pocketed coil mattress. The 2nd bedroom (Sunrise Room) features a Queen size bed with a luxurious pocketed coil mattress . The living room has a sofa which can be used as a bed (king), 58" Smart TV with Netflix and cable, and a dinette set. The Casita has WiFi included.

Summary: I stayed for 5 nights and it was the best place I ever stayed on puerto peñasco, everything its close, food, restaurants, oxxos, pharmacys everything that you need!, the workers are amazing, pool super clean, they even let us stay 30-40 more minutes on the pool before closing hours, you feel safe on this neighboor, its quiet, I really recomend you staying on this place!, only thing its the internet its slow but it didnt bother us, This is going to be my place to go for sure!!
