Endless fun to be had at this property including kayaking, tubing, fishing, swimming at this conveniently located riverfront property. The Shenandoah River (completely private access) is just a few steps away from the front porch and convenient for all of the water lovers!
There is a well-maintained gravel driveway to get to the house. Our home provides tons of space to spread out and relax! We own the neighboring property, which is also rented out and can be rented with this property if you're looking for more space! Inquire for more information!

This BRAND-NEW construction cottage features professional coastal designs, and modern aesthetic to ensure your vacation is luxurious and comfortable. The appealing layout features 4 bedrooms, with each bedroom having its own private bathroom. The riverfront cottage is only a few steps away from the river, with gorgeous river views from the covered deck and house. Easy & Private access into the Shenandoah River for all of your water adventures. Enjoy fishing, tubing, kayaking or swimming right at the comfort of this home. The water is usually quite calm and it's not very deep at the property.
The house is situated between Massanutten Resort, Blue Ridge Parkway and Luray Caverns. It is also a 35-minute drive from James Madison University and close proximity to several wineries/breweries.

We allow pets but there is a $35/night per pet fee which we will request separately.
