Summary: This is a very nice house. One downside is that since it is on a mountainside, entryway steps to the house are narrow and steep and were difficult( for us anyway). You also have either a steep slope to get to the steps or some other levels that you walk up to get to them. Also the house is not fully air conditioned if you go in the warmer months, and one mattress is very hard which might matter to some. One window had no screen so could not be opened at night to let in cool air, but it is likely this has been remedied since we mentioned it to property manager. The neighbor uses the carport, but he offered to move his car for us and was very nice. Trash can be emptied right across the street, too, which was convenient. You can recycle at locations in town if you are a recycler.
