Beautifully styled with local artwork, carefully curated by the homeowner who is an art gallerist, whether you're travelling with friends or taking a family holiday, this single-level, four-bedroom home has all you need for a comfortable Mudgee stay. You'll be directly opposite Mudgee Showgrounds, a short drive to the surrounding vineyards and less than a 15-minute walk from the local cafes and restaurants.
When you're not out and about indulging in the local dining scene, pick up some fresh, gourmet produce and cook up a feast in the kitchen, which has all the essentials needed including a fridge, oven, stove, microwave, as well as other basics such as pots, pans and utensils. Enjoy meals in the dining room at the six-seater table or head outside to the undercover patio, where a BBQ grill is perfect for alfresco afternoons.
The generous living and dining areas are equipped with AC and underfloor heating. Guests can settle in with a movie or work remotely from the ergonomic desk with a monitor. A second living area offers a cosy futon to relax on with your favourite book; while an additional entertaining space is available in the garage, which has been converted to a games room complete with a ping pong table and kids' activities.

The primary bedroom features a queen bed, air-conditioning and an ensuite, the second bedroom offers a queen bed, the third bedroom has two single beds, and the fourth bedroom offers one king single bed plus the option of a trundle that is suitable for children, making up a total of eight guests. The main bathroom features a shower, a bathtub, and all the essentials including soap, shampoo, conditioner and a hairdryer.
