You will have exclusive access to the entire main floor. My dog and I live in the basement. We use the back door to go outside. The backyard and patio are also available for your use.

If guests check out after 10am without advance notice there is a $10 fee per hour.
If guests check out after 12pm they will be charged for an extra night.
Don't disturb other guests during quiet hours.
Keep the front & back doors closed & locked unless (un)loading.
Make sure the fence gate stays closed.
The non-smoking policy is only for inside. Guests are welcome to smoke, including 420 outside. Please make sure the back door is closed when smoking.

Summary: I took my mother and 2 aunts (all over 80) for a family function. We were all impressed with the home. It was very well appointed - had a lot of supplies available to us. The beds were very comfortable - everything great. Given the opportunity, we will definitely stay again!
