Nice two bedroom apartment with two bathrooms en- suite. Great terrace, large living room, fully equipped kitchen. Air-Conditioning and Heating. Access for Disabled: first floor with lift, spacious entrance, without uncomfortable corridors, motorized beds in main bedroom with adapted shower cabin. Pet friendly.
Ideal location: no uncomfortable noises location, close to the historic center and beach. Very quiet, non-holiday makers building, with only two floors and a few resident neighbours. Spacious common areas.
Ideal to enjoy the superb cuisine, wineries and monuments. Sanlúcar is an authentic Andalusian gem that oozes history everywhere and still preserves the traditional way of life, with its daily market, its tapas bars, magnificent architecture, its people .
Famous are the ' Semana Santa ' (24 to 31 March) , the 'Feria de la Manzanilla ' ( May 28 to June 3 ) and Horse Racing on the Beach (2 to August 18 )
With a prime location at the mouth of the great river Guadalquivir, opposite to the National Park of Doñana Biosphere Reserve . Few sites remain intact and have so much to offer.
Addition is just 20 km from the town of Jerez (Xerez / Sherry ) and its international airport , its famous wineries , home of the Royal Andalusian School of Equestrian Art and Speed Circuit which hosts the Motorcycle Grand Prix of Spain every year.
