This camera solely monitors the exterior and does not observe any indoor spaces. It operates with 24/7 video monitoring and recording. Any tampering with the device is strictly prohibited.

PET POLICY & RULES
Guest must communicate with host upon booking that there will be a pet accompanying them.
Mandatory $50 non refundable pet fee per stay

Pet(s) must be a minimum of 1 year old, no pets will be allowed to stay under 1 year of age
Please do not allow pet(s) on any furniture, pick up all pet waste from outside and dispose in blue trashcans before your departure.
No unattended pets are allowed inside the house.
A PET CRATE IS REQUIRED and not provided by hosts.
All pets must be crated when not supervised, NO EXCEPTIONS.
All pets must be on a leash outside the house. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Only house broke pets allowed (Only potty trained pets allowed).
Host(s) reserves the right to decline any pet if determined necessary by host(s).
Any damages caused by the pet(s) will be charged to the guests card on file.
