Very close to the Central Station and a few minutes from the historic centre. Also convenient for the airport by taking the Marconi Express.

The accommodation is located on the third floor without lift of an elegant condominium in one of the most modern and expanding neighborhoods of the city.

Upon entering the apartment, always welcomed by the host, you will find a truly unique living area in Bologna. An environment made of green plants, African masks, Zen paintings and custom-made wooden furniture, a very modern kitchen equipped with oven, fridge, kitchenette, MOKA, TOASTER AND KETTLE. Also fully equipped for preparing lunches and dinners.
Here you will always find breakfast when you wake up; surrounded by the scent of coffee. In the utility room you will also find a new WASHING MACHINE if you need to do laundry. Completing this is a huge corner sofa where you can stop and read one of the many books available.
By opening the window you can enjoy your moments of relaxation on the TERRACE with table and chairs, from where you can admire the beautiful Basilica of San Luca which is the backdrop to the modern skyscrapers; while having breakfast in the open air.

The room where you will sleep, spacious and always in theme with the rest of the house, with a large QUEENSIZE double bed and the particular completely wooden chandelier; always created by the host. SHEETS AND BLANKETS SUPPLIED, AIR CONDITIONING AND HEATING for maximum comfort.

The very modern bathroom, with a LARGE SHOWER CABIN, a large sink, WC and BIDET.
TOWELS, SHAMPOO AND SHOWER GEL, HAIRDRYER WITH DIFFUSER are supplied for those who need them.
The host will be inside the apartment and always at your disposal, but don't worry, the room enjoys total privacy.
