4 Bedroom House in Kodiak

Very clean, centrally located, recently upgraded, 2 story home with 4 bedrooms and 2 baths. Close to both a lake and the ocean. It is a perfect place to rest your head. A private driveway with 3 parking spaces. I love that you can be anywhere to most places in less than 5 minutes by car and there are tons of biking and hiking trails just steps from the door.
A perfect retreat after a long day of sightseeing or fishing. Fully stocked kitchen, spacious & comfortable rooms. Smart TV's & High speed Internet is available.
The upstairs has 1 bathroom (queen bed) 1 full bath with laundry area, sitting area and desk area, a couch that converts to additional sleeping space, a full stocked kitchen and plenty of areas to dine. A small area of kids games and toys.
Downstairs has 3 bedrooms (1 queen bed & 1 bedroom with double bed & 1twin), a full bath, an eating nook, a coffee/tea area, and a living room. Guests have access to entire home minus the garage. I am available via text to communicate with guests.
Also have a local friend that can be contacted if hands on help is needed.
Less than 5 minutes from Abercrombie State Park, hospital, local shopping, paved walking trail, and downtown Kodiak & harbor.
3 parking spaces available in private driveway. Each room has plenty of bedding, pillows, towels. We provide coffee, tea and a full kitchen set up so you can cook while you are visiting Kodiak.

Summary: I was a little taken aback by the "can't eat in the living room" rule. Especially since the kitchen and living room are on different floors. I like popcorn with my movie, y'know? I think that rule should be posted up front. My brother walks with a cane, so it was a chore for him to walk upstairs for anything from the kitchen. Nice house, although the layout is a bit goofy. NO light-blocking window treatments on the windows! Beds were okay. Ugh.
