Positive: The view is really beautiful from the balcony! Underground garage is a plus. Tennis court and pool looked nice. There was plenty of trash bags, dishwasher soap, even for the dishwasher. The man who gave us the key was nice. Beautiful, big balcony!

Negative: Low soundproofing in the apartment, you can hear basically everything from outside and from the neighbors. The hot water runs out pretty fast. We were only two of us but if we made the dishes before showers there wasn’t enough hot water, we had to pay attention to wash hair faster than usual. There is mold in the bathroom, you can smell the mold in the smaller bathroom. There was only one bigger knife, cutting board in the kitchen. I was freezing on the first night, we had only one blanket so I had to use extra from the other room (good that we were only two) and use the heater.

Summary: It’s a nice apartment but not luxury!
