The villa is located on one of the highest points of Ciudad Quesada and close to the ever popular park Parque El Recorral. The closest amenities and club house can be located at the golf course La Marquesa Golf which is just under 1.5km away. Additionally, the town of Rojales is a short 3km drive or in the other direction the main street of Ciudad Quesada is just 4km away. If you are looking to spend some time at the beach then you'll be happy to know that blue flag beaches of Guardamar del Segura is just a short drive away, around 8km from the villa.
Now you have a picture of the villa's location let us introduce to you the villa itself. Set on an ample sized plot of 550m2, on the outside you'll find private off-road parking with automatic gate, a large front terrace with a 10x5m private swimming pool. Outside dining facilities and plenty of space to sunbath.
Inside the accommodation, the house is built on 2 levels and boasts a large living area of over 165m2. All rooms are equipped with AC hot and cold, has access to a high speed fibre optic internet connection. The villa is also alarmed and is connected to a security company.
Once you have accessed the front door, from the hallway, you will find 2 large bedrooms with built-in wardrobes and 1 recently refurbished bathroom with walk-in shower. As you exit the hallway and enter the living room there is a large dining table which seats 6 guests, a TV area with comfortable sofas and fireplace. To the left you find a large fully equipped L shaped kitchen including a dishwasher. From either the lounge or kitchen you can access the enclosed porch which is ideal for the winter but can open up for the summer as well.
Moving up a level, to the right there is access to large balcony which boasts some great views of the golf course, strongly recommended for those sun lovers, you won't be overlooked. Returning inside, to the left there is an open-plan room a double bed, a desk, its own en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and small balcony for that morning coffee. Ideal for those who want to be away from others and have some more privacy.
The property will be supplied with linen for each bed and 2 towels per guest.
