3 Bedroom Ski Chalet in Sint Maarten
New Luxurious Beachhouse, familycamping, 5km from the sea, Swimming Pool, playgarden, children animation, picknicktable, loungeset with pillows, dishwasher , microwave, smart tv, childrenchair, garden chairs,, coffee machine (no Senseo), central heating, free internet. One room has a double bed, two rooms have a bouncebed (above eachother). There is a sandbox and some toys for the children. Also there are childrens bikes free to use.
Swimming pool is closed from sept 2021 until 14th of september 2022.

Check out time is 10.00. You can ask if you can book the day you leave until 20.00 for Euro 40 extra.
Parking Car/speed/barriers:
One car can park on the park, the second one can be parked before the barriers. (both free parking).
Betclothes:
We do not rent bethclothes (covers for pillow, 1p-duvet and 1p-matras (all 2m by 80cm). Please bring your own bethclothes. We have pillows and duvets.
Deposit
The deposit will be returned after 14 days if you leave the chalet very well.
Please bring yourself
Bethclothes (optional), towels, tea towels , dish towels, toiletpaper, coffee filters ( not Senseo) , dishwashing liquid , dishwasher tablets and bin bags, pepper and salt.
Holiday Purposes
This house can only be rent for holiday purposes, not by people that work in the area.
