The space
The Amenities, Layout & Furnishings were designed to welcome all travelers whether seeking fun together time, WFH, relaxation for traveling contractors, or a centrally located base for visiting family and local events & activity. This 4-bedroom 2 bath, 3000 square foot home features a Refreshing pool and HOT TUB!!!
Beautiful huge Danish Modern Master Suite with ceiling fan, black out curtains, his & her closets, romantic seating with ambient fireplace (non-burning), plus ensuite bathroom with walk in rain shower. This bedroom has direct access to patio. Split floor plan home includes 3 travel themed queen bedrooms ALL have new memory foam, ceiling fans, and black out curtains, and a hall with linen closet, separate laundry room and bathroom with shower & tub.
The kitchen is updated with stainless steel appliances, microwave, huge granite island, with separate breakfast & coffee bar. The gathering table and counter share seating for 12 people. Well-equipped beyond vacation home standards, by providing extras like baby equipment, popcorn maker, food processor, crock pot, blender and more!
The open space flows into the dining area with gathering height extendable table, and 2 sitting areas. Free strong Wi-Fi throughout. Front room has Sectional, Blue Ray, Wii for the gaming crowd, and family size living room features 65" smart TV, and access to patio.
Home has separate game room with air hockey, foosball, and table/card games, and the additional playroom features a train table, Doll house and toddler age manipulatives.
Backyard is a true oasis that can provide either chill or thrill time with patio extended to provide 700 sqft of shade and perimeter walls heightened to provide privacy. We have provided multiple seating areas including a patio bar, Large Blackstone type propane grill, New 5 person Hot tub spa and unheated play pool, plus pool floats, yard games and a sandbox.
Front patio is a great space among desert plants and flowers while having coffee or quiet conversation. Hall bath has lush towels and the laundry has front loaders. True split floor plan and multiple entertainment spaces allow your group to spread out or gather together!
Close to highway access, downtown restaurants and the malls in Chandler but tucked into a quiet neighborhood with park down the road. Great home base for the many AZ activities and destinations: hiking, boating, fishing, Scottsdale car show & golf open, botanical gardens, Phoenix sports, art, music & culture, softball tournaments, spring training, and more!

~ Fireplaces are NON operating. DO NOT BURN ANYTHING INSIDE HOME!
An electric insert and LED candles are provided for ambiance
~ Pool is serviced weekly but not heated. During your stay, staff will access back yard through locked gates to remove trash or service yard & amenities.
~ Guest has No access to garage and 1 supply closet in Venice room. Backyard gates are locked; 2 patio doors for guest access.
~ ALL TVs are smart TVs with antennae for many local stations including the national networks. TVS are preloaded with apps for you to log in with your personal account in order to stream.
WIFI is provided free of charge and owner is not responsible for down time or outages of local internet provider. Host will exhaust all possibility to rectify any internet and wifi issues in a timely manner but NO compensation or refund will be given for inconveniences of internet and wifi speed or performance during your stay
~ Guest required to confirm they checked in and found home as expected. Any issue or dissatisfaction must be communicated within 12 hours of arrival with clear photo provided. Hosts will be given opportunity to rectify within a reasonable time. If host is refused access, or guest refuses resolution, and chooses to continue stay, then complaint will be considered withdrawn with no compensation. Owners not responsible for any neighborhood noise, animal or human activity, or physical appearance of neighborhood, traffic or travel related issues, weather or any "state of emergency". Any dissatisfaction about the home, initialized by guest on, or after, check out day will not be addressed "after the fact". We recommend trip insurance.
~ pre measured Spa chemicals are provided for longer stays to maintain PH levels. It is guests' responsibility to follow provided instructions to maintain spa cleanliness for safe use. Guests need to rinse off prior to entering hot tub, to prevent body oil and lotion contamination of water, and bathing wear should be washed in between usage. NO substances of any sort should be in hot tub and guest is required to inform host of any accidental food or drink spillage; lidded cups and plastic ware are provided for patio use as prevention. Guest controls spa temperature and owner not responsible for any guest sensitivity to heat and chemicals, or claims of bacteria infection resulting from guest negligence.

Front door code provided before 4pm day of check in. 2 cars permitted in driveway. Plenty of street parking available. No RV or other oversized recreational or commercial vehicles permitted on property or in street, unless owner agrees in advance of booking confirmation.
