By its location on the edge of the forest, we prefer to warn you that the surrounding nature can sometimes create inconvenience: in certain seasons, we must fight against the leaves that can fly in the pool or against the spiders who come to take refuge on the house ... But rest assured, our housekeeper tries to remedy these inconveniences to each household! Just do not be surprised at their presences sometimes inevitable!
Villa Amani is particularly appreciated for its "immaculate" decoration. We therefore expect our tenants to take care to leave it in the same condition in which they found it ... We hope they take care of our house as if it was theirs and report any malfunction or signs of wear.
The departure cleaning is included but we still ask you to empty the fridge, bins, to do the dishes, to spend a sponge where necessary (oven and cooking fires for example) and a small broom in the kitchen and living room.
The deposit of 1000 € is likely to be retained to continue to maintain the same comfort for all our guests. For example, where repairs for damaged furniture should be made, or cleaning of decorative textiles would be necessary, or if something had to be replaced that was broken ...). An inventory is done with our private concierge at the entrance and exit and we invite our guests to note any useful findings on their arrival.
If you do not leave the outdoor cushions in the rain, do not waste water or electricity, do not put wet glasses on the wooden furniture without using a coaster, do not smoke in the house, etc. .. you are perfect guests ... Welcome to our home!
