Around back, gentle sloping terrain leads from the field to the waterfront where a sandy beach entry provides the perfect place for children to play! Towering hemlock and birch trees adorn the property which boasts 300' of frontage. A very charming pathway leads to the boathouse lower area where an outdoor cabana bar boasts a good time! Above, a boardwalk style walkway leads to the boathouse rooftop deck, which features a BBQ and picnic table as well as breathtaking views of Lake Rosseau.
