Summary: I’m going to start my review with the positives.The house is in a perfect location and clean. The bathrooms are updated which was really nice.Now for the negative. As a host, I shouldn’t have to text you for house information. Code, trash day anything. Should be giving without asking 4 hours before check in.Unsure if they spray for bugs, but the amount of spiders were ridiculous. Especially in the basement bedroom. The water temperatures for the showers are luke warm/almost cold. I made the mistake of misreading the listing and thought it included a washer and dyer. I take responsibility for that. However, when we got to the home ( a group of 5 for 7 nights 8 days) we each had one towel. The response was, guest before us ruined the towels and they would drop some off during the week. I booked weeks in advance, if you know you have guest the house should be prepared. I shouldn’t have to text you and ask you about towels. On the add it list a hot tub which is one of the reasons we booked this house. Don’t be fooled. It’s a like warm pool of water. The jet buttons were covered with don’t use. Basically it was broken or they dont wanna pay the power bill for it to be used. Renting the house, is renting the house. Not the owners coming on the property without notice. Which was really odd. I’ve rented numerous houses on this site and that was the first.
