Villa for a maximum of 6 people (4 adults + 2 children or teenagers), ideal for families with children, located in a very quiet area and walking distance (800m.) the "Cala Cap Blanc-Punta Estrella" and commercial area (700m). 3km from the town center (5 minutes by car). 1.2 km from "Cala L'Andrago".
Distributed on one floor with a double bed bedroom, full bathroom (shower), bedroom with two single beds, bathroom (shower), 1 toilet, and bedroom with bunk bed. Very well equipped kitchen, large living room and naya (covered terrace) with barbecue.
A large pool and terrace complement this comfortable and beautiful house. Large fully fenced plot with parking area inside. Pine trees and native vegetation dress the plot.
Air conditioning in the master bedroom, bedroom with two beds and in the living room.
