Positive: The property was in a prime location and well renovated.
Negative: Cleanliness, specifically with dust on the floor under the table, and overall cleanliness of the shower was suspect at best. We reached out to customer service due to difficulties getting in the door. This took two hours of our time, with each my partner and I attempting to open the door, and another staying customer attempting who was unsuccessful. We attempted to call the number listed for immediate assistance and were unable to get through as the mailbox was full. My partner and myself each sent emails to Booking.com’s customer service for the property. My partner did not receive an email back and I didn’t receive an email until the following afternoon. Not one customer service representative asked specifically if we got into the condo. Luckily we did, and the only thing Booking.com offered was a late checkout. We are two hard working people and vacations like this mean a lot to us. Booking.com treated us like dollar signs and not as valued customers.
Summary: We enjoyed the amentities and activies of Tremblant. We would love to rerun again but will not be staying at this proper
