Fully stocked kitchen with electric range/oven, full fridge, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, Keurig, etc. Cable and Wi-Fi included. Living room area that includes a 48 inch TV and DVD player. Laundry room with washer and dryer. Gas grill and fire pit w/wood. Multi level decks with 2 docks. Linens and towels are included. No pets and no smoking inside cottage. Rental time frame is Saturday to Saturday. Seasonal rental only May - October.
