Quiet charming villa in the best area of ​​St Jean, 10mn by foot to beach, 5mn by foot to the cliffs with wonderful views of the ocean, 12mn by car to surfing beaches. House renovated with taste. Very nice furniture and a relaxing garden, beautiful views of the mountains. St Jean is a great place to go surfing, there are many beaches near the house. Shopping is also very nice at St Jean. The historic church is amazing. The Chantaco Golf Club is 10 mn by car.
The house has been restored in 2016 and decorated with nice furniture. The bathrooms are all new and the beds are also new and very comfortable.

Situation idéale pour aller à pied dans le vieux St Jean, et accéder à la route du littoral sans devoir passer par le center ville. Le Golf de Chantaco is at 10 mn, the fameux surf spots of Guéthary et Bidart are at 15 mn. La maison, typique des villas basques construcites dans les années 1920, a été décorée avec charme et raffinement. Toutes les salles de bains ont ete refaites et les lits et les matelas sont neufs et tres confortables. Grand jardin plein Sud, offrant a beau dégagement sur le sommet of La Rhune.
