Villa Castriota is a charming villa in the coastal town of Castro Marina, nestled in a beautifully manicured terraced garden overlooking the bay of the celebrated “Zinzulusa” grotto and its deep blue waters. The Villa lies inside a private property which includes other houses, all sharing a common pathway and stairs which lead to a rocky cove with access to the turquoise water.
The villa is set in its own private garden and is composed of two distinct parts: the main building, facing the sea, and an annex at the back edge of the terraced garden.
Main building: the ground floor includes a small living-dining room, a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher included), a laundry room with a washing machine and a bathroom/shower; the first floor, reachable via an internal staircase, includes the sleeping area with a master bedroom, a twin bedroom with a sea view terrace and a bathroom/shower. The ground floor opens onto a large section of a sea view garden, provided with a wooden pergola with garden furniture, masonry cushioned couches and a large dining table with seating for 10/12 people. An outdoor staircase leads to a stunning sea view terrace-solarium furnished with masonry couches and Moroccan lanterns. At the back of the main building, the remaining section of the garden spreads into terraces, enclosed by drystone walls, with another wooden pergola, a barbecue, areas with garden furniture, and the annex.
Annex: a large master bedroom with a large bathroom/shower, a small room with access from the outside, used as a kitchenette with a cooktop, a sink, a small refrigerator, and lastly an outdoor area with a table and chairs.
AMENITIES: both buildings have hot/cool air conditioning in the bedrooms, mosquito screens and hot/cold outdoor shower. The main building includes: kitchen with cooktop, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer and a washing machine in a laundry outside the house. The annex includes a kitchenette with a cooktop, a sink, a small refrigerator and an outdoor area with a table and chairs. A stone barbecue is also available at the back of the garden, as well as a parking spot in the private gated pathway leading to the property.
The weekly prices include: housekeeping service for 3 hours daily 3 days per week; garden maintenance by a gardener; gas, electricity and water utility charges; bed and bathroom linen. Extra cleaning service is available on demand at € 9,00 per hour. The final cleaning fee is not included and will be billed € 120,00.
