Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: The apartment was clean and comfortable. The hosts were communicative and kind. Everything we needed was available to us. We were all pleasantly surprised at the size of the place. For the cost, it wasn't like most NY apartments. It was very spacious! The location was perfect. A subway entrance is literally steps away. We always felt safe. The shower & water pressure are great. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for everything, Mauricio & Eduardo! Keep up the great work!
Negative: I have only two things I think are worth mentioning, for future guests. In the Booking.com listing, under "Room Amenities", a sofa bed is listed. If the sofa turned into a bed, I don't know how. It was only a regular couch, as far as we could tell. The other is if you are used to soundproof accommodations in the city, be aware that this apartment is not soundproof. This did not change anything for us. It was still perfect for our needs. I can sleep through anything and my wife wore earplugs and slept just fine. One more mention, the stairs are steep and narrow, so be careful! All in all, we loved our stay. We never felt unsafe. Thanks again, guys.
