TRANSLATOR OF GOOGLE. We offer a new and independent upstairs house. 1.5 km from the beach and 1 km from the center of Torrevieja. You can walk to everything. There is also a bus stop very close (1.5 euros one way). SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED ON THE WHOLE PROPERTY. The property is new construction with luxury qualities, with no neighbors except for us who live downstairs. Kommerling PVC windows (Sun Guardian glass), double insulated walls and double wall, new modern furniture, new kitchen and appliances, attached Roca GAP toilets, shower screen and designer shower tray. Air conditioning, satellite dish and digital terrestrial antenna. Smooth white walls, 80 cm white lacquered design doors. 4-point anti-lever security door. Fully prepared. It is a first floor and our little treasure, it is very flirtatious and pretty. We are looking for people who appreciate these things and who are clean, since it is not a hotel.

The house on the first floor consists of 45 m2 fully furnished, with a separate room with a double bed and a sofa, a living-dining room with a 1.40 m double sofa bed for guests, a kitchenette with an induction hob and a high-end oven, bar with microwave and cabinets, bathroom with window. Independent and new washer / dryer room, has an independent terrace of 15 m2.

It is a property for a couple, or for a couple with children. maximum 3 adults and 1 child. We are a quiet couple living downstairs and looking for quiet and polite guests. No parties, no pets, NO SMOKING ON THE WHOLE PROPERTY. After 22:00 no music is allowed and tranquility is sought.

Remember that we, my wife, my girl and I who are teachers live in a ground floor house. We speak English, French and Italian. With which we can help them in whatever they want, we are kind and helpful. We can recommend places, restaurants, visits, paradisiacal coves, etc. Torrevieja has many very beautiful places, everyone has been delighted with the house and the neighborhood.

Summary: I would like to know when was the last health and safety check done.1no mat when you come out of the shower.2 microwave to high to boil water to make a cup of tea could burn yourself getting it out.3 teatowels or more oven gloves to take things out the oven More pots needed to cook a meal and the plates need changing to hot when taking out microwave.You had three umbrellas in your garden could have loan us one which i asked was told you dont have.More sheets and towels needed and a side lamp would have been a nice touch for the lounge.A KETTEL IS NEEDED.Would love to stay again next year but with inprovements will be intouch.
