There are 3 units on this property. This unit is on the left side.
There is 1 dedicated parking spot on the left of the front driveway. The other car please park on the street.
** It’s one side of the duplex and it’s close to the highway so there is maybe some noise for those who are very noise sensitive but most of our guests don’t have any issues. **
There is backyard but it's not fenced and we are working for some update so it's not available right now. However, there is some parks in walking distance.
All windows have blind and curtains. We just rolled them up for the pictures.
This is an older house ( built in 1930) and we brought it a new life but we could not give you the expectation of a brand new house.
Same day booking will be notified of the new check in time as it might not be ready at the time you book.
We do not offer streaming services or cable TV. We provide the television, so please feel free to log in to your own streaming service account, and remember to log out when you check out.
We do PEST control monthly but it’s Oklahoma and we often get ants, insects visit the house, especially during the rain or storm. It doesn’t mean we do not clean the house well. If the cleaning team notice during cleaning time sessions, they always try their best to remove them. We follow a cleaning procedure and guideline but we could not control this issue completely. If you notice ants or some inspects, please find the spray bottle under the sink.
The weather in Oklahoma is quite extreme. We will try our best to keep the most comfortable temperature for the house but we can not guarantee to adjust them at a level you wish (extremely cold in the summer or extremely hot in the winter). Adjusting the thermostat to that level will result in damage to the Heat & Cool unit and you will be responsible for it.
**Important:** We are committed to protecting our properties and keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent verification.
**Please note:** Before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details with us to complete your booking.
You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.
** Additional charge **
- Pet (Dog only): $35 per dog/per stay. Please inform us in the reservation if you plan to bring them
- A set of towels per person will be provided. The second set will be $20/ set and need to be requested 1 day before check-in time
- Early check in (2pm) or late check out (1pm) is available for a fee of $40. Please let us know 24 hours in advance so we can approve this request to arrange our schedule and collect the payment
- Please check for all of your personal belongings before check out. We won’t hold any responsibility for your items. There will be a fee of $50+ shipping fee to ship it to you
- If you don’t leave our property by 11:00 am (unless late check out has been approved), you will be charged a late fee of $40 as we have to pay extra for the cleaning team for their waiting time or rerouting them

The house (one side of the duplex) is fully furnished and decorated that make you feel at home without any clutter. Chic, minimal interiors showcase original pinewood floor with open concept living. There is also a minimal design full kitchen setting with cook stove, microwave, coffee machine, air fry that saves you lots of time to warm up your food or make some quick simple meal.
