Upper Level – King Loft Suite:
Climb the stairs to your private open-concept loft featuring a King-size log bed, matching nightstands, dresser, ceiling fan, and a roomy closet stocked with a Pack & Play, sheets, and a booster seat for little ones. Cozy cabin vibes and a peaceful setting await.
Main Level – Two Bedrooms:
• Bedroom 2: Features two Full-size log beds—perfect for kids, teens, or friends sharing. Includes a closet with hangers, mirror, ceiling fan, tower fan, and a luggage rack.

• Private hot tub (seats 6, professionally cleaned before every stay)
• Fire pit with Adirondack chairs (firewood provided; weather may affect dryness)

We are located just 0.4 miles (2-minute drive) from the new K Pool area (built in 2022).
Amenity Access
To access shared amenities, wristbands are required (ages 3+) and cost $12/person/day. Purchase at the pool or Welcome Center on the day of use (non-refundable). Don’t forget to grab the purple pool pass at the gate!
Gated Community Rules.
We kindly ask guests to follow community guidelines:
• All guests and vehicles must be pre-registered before arrival (form sent after booking; $50 registration fee included booking).
• Late registration (within 2 days of check-in) will incur a $75 rush fee by the HOA.
• Quiet hours **10 PM – 8 AM**.
• No unregistered guests.
• Community rules must be followed; violations may result in fines passed on to guests.
Please drive 25 MPH and watch for kids and wildlife.
