The entire home is accessible to guests with the exception of one locked bedroom (the third bedroom) which contains our cleaning, restocking supplies and additional storage items.

There are two dedicated parking spots available for up to two vehicles at our townhome. A car is recommended, but ridesharing services such as Uber and Lyft are available in this area.

EARLY CHECK-IN: Due to our high number of turnovers, we cannot accommodate early check-in or late check-out requests.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Please read and understand the cancellation policy prior to booking. This policy is firm, and we will be upheld in the event of a cancellation. We recommend purchasing travel insurance if you have concerns that you may need to cancel your reservation for any reason.

PET POLICY: We do not allow pets. This is non-negotiable.
We have a strict NO pets policy. Unauthorized pets at this property will result in a $100.00 reservation violation fee. Thank you in advance for both your compliance and understanding of our no pet policy.
No smoking indoors. $250 fee will be charged to guest after departure if evidence of smoking cigarettes or marijuana indoors is detected.
Any and all acts by guest(s) and/or its invitees, that result in damages to the property or its contents, whether such act was intentional or the result of negligence will allow the host and or owner to deduct from the security deposit any and all cost incurred or to be incurred in returning the property or its contents to its original state and/or replace the item(s) as needed.
We do not provide laundry supplies.
The $250 security deposit is a hold on your card and it will only be charged in the instance there are accidentals/damages that occurred after your check-out with your acceptance of the additional money request.
