Positive: the location is very beautiful

Negative: The receptionist was blunt and unhelpful when we were trying to find a taxi or Uber. Could the hotel not offer a car service? The waitress did not even apologies to us when our fish as main course was under cooked.

Summary: Place is nice, service is disappointing
