Positive: The location is just a 7-minute walk from the Niš city centre. The hotel entrance required a password, which we only received via WhatsApp upon arrival; I would have preferred to have this information in advance. The patio had a nice seating area, and fortunately, there was also a power outlet where I could recharge my phone, which had died and was needed to access the entry code. The host was helpful and recommended good places to eat. We left the payment for them to collect the next day. The bathroom was spacious, and I especially loved the walk-in shower. The double bed was very comfortable, as were the pillows.
Negative: The smell of mould or drainage in the room/bathroom.
