The cottage is across the street from Jenkins Pond, which has excellent swimming, boating, and fishing. Tenants can use any one of the seven private Association access to the Pond, which includes two main sandy beaches. The Cottage is within 5-6 miles of Falmouth’s ocean beaches (some public, including Old Silver); downtown Falmouth shops and restaurants; and Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket shuttle bus parking for the Woods Hole Ferries. Several supermarkets, laundromats, Cape Cod Winery, and Falmouth Shopping Mall are all within 3 miles.
