Lovely Classic Cape Cod Summer Home just a mile from family-friendly Jackknife Beach. The house has 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths (2 with tubs), a powder room and an outdoor hot water shower. Bedroom configuration is two twin bed rooms (one with crib) and two queen bed rooms, both with en suite baths.
The house - with high ceilings and bright, open rooms - is nestled in a secluded, natural setting. It's decorated with Pottery Barn furniture and fabrics, and the house is fully equipped, featuring central A/C, superior cable TV channels, a wood-burning fireplace, and French doors to a private deck. Best of all, it has a wonderful screened porch with wicker furniture and a large picnic table, ideal for morning coffee and pest-free lobster dinners and cookouts.
Bed linens and towels, beach towels, beach chairs, a cooler, and beach toys are included.

Summary: We vacationed with our three adult boys and friends and found the location very convenient. Just a short drive to the many beaches, bike path and restaurants. The house layout is very comfortable for multiple groups, the porch and deck add so much living space and the yard with hammock is delightful. One more queen bed would be helpful for some groups.
