This fully furnished three-bedroom townhouse has 1,750 square feet and 3 levels of living area. The townhouse is in a gated community, which is conveniently located only 1.6 miles from Tiger Stadium, Alex Box Stadium, the PMAC, and other LSU sports venues. It is 5.5 miles from L'Auberge Casino. It is 5.3 miles from the Raising Cane River Center and downtown Baton Rouge.
The first level has the living, dining, kitchen, walk-in pantry, and back patio. A washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board are available. The second level has two bedrooms with queen-sized beds and a Jack and Jill bath. The third level has the master suite with a full bath.
There are three assigned parking spaces. High speed wireless internet and Sling TV with upgraded sports package is provided. 50 inch HD TV in the living room, a 32 inch HD TV in the second floor guest room and a 32 inch HD TV in the 3rd floor master bedroom.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, silverware, dinnerware, and cookware. Extras include a single cup kehrig coffee brewer with a limited supply of coffee and basic cooking essentials (sugar, flour, vegetable oil, salt, pepper, and spices). Starter packs of dishwasher and washing machine soap are provided. Linens and towels are provided.
The townhouse offers ideal accommodations for fans attending any LSU sporting event as well as visitors to the Capital City for business, leisure, dance competitions, or sports tournaments.
