Summary: Julio is an amazing host! Without a doubt one of the smoothest bookings to date on any platform. Great communication and responsive. My spouse clogged the toilet and a plunger was provided within minutes. Location is fantastic and the apartment itself is good. It's not the Chateau, it's an older beachfront property so expect some sand and brick walls. With that being said, be sure to note than when booking this lower level apartment, that people will be above you. Unfortunately outside of Julio's control there were several mornings throughout our stay that we were woken at 4a-6am by loud upstairs neighbors. Blatantly stomping up the steps that are right above your head. It sounded like they were dragging things across the floor. Despite our reaching out to the host, this continued until our last day. Unfortunately, this is not under Julio's control as you can't physically control what others do. I'll definitely be booking with Julio again, however I'll be booking the upstairs apartment knowing what I know now.
